Lovely apartment in Lisbon!


Facing the Portuguese Parliament, this apartment is situated in a quiet street in the historical Príncipe Real district. It can accommodate up to five people: two in the master bedroom that offers an impressive view of the Portuguese Parliament, its gardens and of Lisbon rooftops, two people in the second bedroom and another one person in the comfortable sofa bed in the bright living room with views to the green backyards. In the living room you can find Portuguese music CD’s and books. The kitchen is modern and has all the amenities that you need for a comfortable stay. This apartment also counts with internet wireless. The building is from the late 19th century and it’s covered with ceramic tile. It’s is completely renovated as well as the apartment itself.


Rua da Quintinha is the name of the street where this apartment is located in Príncipe Real district. This is a very quiet street, in a historical residential area. Only a few steps away you can find supermarkets, cafés, restaurants and shops, especially around Praça das Flores, a romantic, cozy leafy square garden. This place has attracted artists, intellectuals and politicians - The Parliament is a few meters away. At your arrival a map with the major facilities around the area will be at your disposal in the apartment. The area is also well served with public transportation. The nearest subway stations are Chiado and Rato. Buses and trams are running every minute. The nº28 is a very famous touristic tram which winds its way through the most picturesque parts of Lisbon like Alfama and the Castle. In Santos, trains will take you to Belém, Estoril and Cascais.
